Most people learned Excel by going on a Course then putting Theory into Practice.

Applying AI (ChatGPT is what I use) is no different.

Except you already know the Excel Side.

Therefore you only need to know how to write Instructions to ChatGPT and how to ask it Questions.

IT IS THAT SIMPLE

So don't be fooled into going on expensive "Conversion Courses"

Instructions are similar (but not completely identical) to manual input when writing Formulas etc.

Questions are like asking colleagues or the Internet for advice.

Instructions

In the Online Course I take you through the basics of how to compile the necessary Instructions for ChatGPT to create Formulas, Functions and Macro Scripts.

There are certain “Must Do’s” which are not apparently obvious!

​

And some “Definitely Don’ts which must be avoided.

​

The majority of the instructions are written in ordinary English but what is essential is clarity and no ambiguity.

​

There are also tips to enhance your knowledge.

Questions

ChatGPT does come with a “Health Warning” underneath the "Input Box"

​

"ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important info"

​

In other words - it might not get things right the first time.

​

As you don't when you are doing things manually.

​

At which stage you have to give it guidance and ask it to do things differently.

​

Knowing how to ask questions and have a conversation with it is crucial to getting the best out of it.

​

It is a bit like using a Search Engine or asking a colleague.

​

Except ChatGPT is far more efficient and smarter than either!
